Orders are processed within 6–10 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK delivery: approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.International delivery: approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as we may be unable to amend it once processing has started.

During busy periods, launches, bank holidays, or unforeseen delays, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. Jteeshairboutique is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any damaged, faulty or incorrect items should be reported within 2–3 days of delivery by emailing jteeshairboutique@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs.

For hygiene reasons, hair cannot be returned once the packaging, hygiene seal, bundle ties or lace have been opened, removed, cut or altered. Hair must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uncoloured, unbleached, uncut and in its original packaging.

For eligible online purchases, customers may notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Items must then be returned in their original, resalable condition.

Custom-coloured, personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where faulty or required by law.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Returns should be sent using a tracked service. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
